Privacy Policy

In short

YesIWill has no accounts and no ads, and it does not track you. Your workouts, body measurements and progress are stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. We cannot see them.

Data stored on your device and in your iCloud

YesIWill keeps the following only on your device, using Apple's SwiftData:

• your profile: height, weight, age, gender, goal level and starting strength test
• your workouts: exercises, sets, weights, reps, times and notes about each session
• your body map and progress

If you are signed in to iCloud, this data syncs through your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), so it is there when you set up a new iPhone. iCloud sync is run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data. You can turn sync off in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

Data sent to our server

• Machine catalog. The app downloads the list of machines, exercises and pictures from our server. The request contains the app language. It contains no personal data and no identifier for you.
• Machine photo scan (optional). If you photograph a machine to identify it, the photo is sent to our server and analysed by OpenAI to recognise the machine. The photo may be kept as a reference picture for that machine. Photograph only the machine, not people. OpenAI processes it under its API data usage policy and does not use it to train models.

Our server and its hosting provider (Fly.io) keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time for security and troubleshooting. We do not link them to you.

Purchases

YesIWill Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription is active.

What we do not do

• No account, sign-up or email address.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and no cookies on this website.
• We do not sell or share personal data.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove data from your device. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → YesIWill → Delete Data.

Children

YesIWill is not directed at children under 13.
